Imaging & equipment QC
Clarity you can act on, every time.
Calibration and quality assurance for mammography, MRI, and multi-site compliance — each reading measured against a documented tolerance, each result one you can sign your name to.
Reserved for pilot outcomes — added here once verified, in the same format as a resolved measurement (e.g. site · period · result).

Why programs move to us
Audited rigor, without the bloat.
QC is only as good as the discipline behind it. We build on the protocols you already answer to — ACR and AAPM guidance, state and manufacturer requirements — and make the evidence trail effortless to produce when an inspector, or your own director, asks for it.
- Tolerance-band thinking on every measurement, not pass/fail guesswork
- One calibrated source of truth across every site you run
- Findings written to be acted on — flagged early, never buried
How it works
A measurement, resolved into a finding.
- 01
Establish tolerance
Every modality gets documented limits — drawn from ACR/AAPM protocols and your manufacturer specs — so "passing" means something specific, not subjective.
- 02
Capture & calibrate
Readings are taken on a consistent cadence and checked against those limits — the noisy stream reduced to a clear in-/out-of-tolerance signal.
- 03
Flag & report
Anything drifting toward a limit is flagged before it breaches. The report is the evidence trail — ready for inspection the day it's needed.
What a log looks like
The evidence trail, legible under pressure.
Illustrative of the data shape, not a live feed. On a phone between cases, each row becomes a card showing only what's decision-relevant.
| Date | Modality | Measurement | Reading | Tolerance | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2026-06-22 | Mammography | Phantom CNR | 4.8 | ≥ 4.0 | In tolerance |
| 2026-06-22 | Mammography | AEC reproducibility | 3.1% | ≤ 5% | In tolerance |
| 2026-06-21 | MRI | SNR (head coil) | 182 | ≥ 150 | In tolerance |
| 2026-06-21 | MRI | Geometric distortion | 1.9 mm | ≤ 2 mm | Flagged |
| 2026-06-20 | MRI | Center frequency drift | 11 Hz | ≤ 25 Hz | In tolerance |
